1. Processing of Personal Data

We may assign the processing of personal data to authorized third parties, process it in collaboration with third parties, or transfer it to third parties. These third parties include service providers whose services we use. We are committed to ensuring adequate data protection for these third parties.

These third parties are primarily located in Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA). However, they may also be located in other countries, provided that, according to the assessment of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), their data protection legislation offers adequate protection. In other cases, adequate data protection may be ensured through an appropriate contractual agreement, particularly by using standard contractual clauses, or through appropriate certification.
